SETTING AND EXECUTIVE TECNIQUES

The grip, the role of the two hand and the position of instrument among the player’s body.

BASIS FIGURES (STROKES colpi)

The accents on the frame of the tamburello for the metrics in 2 and in 4.

TA TI RI, the basic sequence of 3 strokes for the execution of saltarello and the study of accents and the related figures.

The “Battuta”, percussive technique on leather of the tamburello performed using the index and middle finger.

The “urlo” (scream) technique

The “trillo” (trill): basis technique
